Jeff is the founder and CEO of Black T.I.E. Protective Services, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. His vision was to build a professional organization aimed at providing high level security services to exclusive clientele. Jeff oversees all executive and VIP protection details in Black T.I.E.'s Tactical Security Division. Under Jeff’s careful direction and joint leadership, Black T.I.E. has succeeded in providing protective services to some of the elite names and organizations in the industry; ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to professional athletes, and a who’s who of Hollywood’s A-list celebrities.

Jeff is the founder of Render Safe Professionals, a security consulting firm that specializes in bomb threat security for the sports and entertainment industry. Their mission is to provide awareness, training, and viable solutions that support the advancement of safety and security throughout the world. Over the years there has been and continues to be a huge disparity in the security industry for EOD services. Render Safe Professionals was created to bridge that gap, bringing together a team of experienced professional bomb technicians that can be deployed anywhere in the world to provide anti-terrorist security sweeps for major sports and entertainment events. Trained and certified by the FBI, Jeff has been providing an array of EOD services for over 20 years. Having worked numerous POTUS and VPOTUS support details with TSD, (U.S. Secret Service Technical Security Division) including the last four presidents in office; Jeff continues to serve as an active bomb technician in the City of Cincinnati. In addition to providing dignitary support services, Jeff has also worked with the NFL, MLB, MLS, and the NCAA.

Successful risk mitigation is accomplished by decreasing the threat level via eliminating or intercepting the adversary before an attack, blocking opportunities through enhanced security, or reducing the consequences if an attack should occur. Without question, the best strategy for mitigating risk is a combination of all three elements, decreasing threats, blocking opportunities, and reducing consequences.
